RETURN POLICY

If the problem was our fault; shoes are defected, sent the wrong size, or colour, you can return it to us!

 

The boots must be unworn and NOT played in. Once we confirm this, we’ll ask you if you’d like us to refund the full amount, or to swap the size/colour to your original order.

 

On the other hand, if you find that your boots do not fit you (due to picking the wrong size), you can return them and we can exchange the size for you. We do not offer refunds if the boots you received matched your original order. We only offer a return + exchange here in this case.

 

PLEASE NOTE that we only offer full refunds if the problem was our fault. In any other case, we only offer a return + exchange.

 

If you are looking to return your boots, or have something wrong with what you received, please either email us (bootsprouk@gmail.com) or DM us on instagram (@bootspro.uk) Please include your order number and the reason for your return/refund request in your message/email.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Our delivery estimates are not always accurate and should be taken as a rough indication. Although we rarely have shipping issues on our end, worldwide shipping delays can hold up your package! Please be patient as the issue is not in our hands. 😊

 

Additionally, the initial fulfilment of your order can take up to 7 days, especially during busy periods, but please know that we are trying our absolute hardest to get them shipped ASAP.
